Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Princess Resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were good-sized and comfortable, featuring a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. However, the jacuzzi was barely functioning. On the bright side, there was a nice sitting area with a sink, fridge, and a small dining table. Service was a bit lacking in friendliness and responsiveness but redeemed by excellent maintenance of the gardens and vegetation. The location, though beautiful with sprawling wildlife and a natural marsh, had some drawbacks, including too much breeze. While the dining options offered variety, the food quality was average except for the Stakehouse, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants. Facilities were well-kept, but there were a few hiccups here and there.
The hotel had beautiful and spacious rooms, with a great balcony and a king-size bed, but I wasn't a fan of the rustic design. The service was excellent, especially Nikki from Guest Services, providing friendly and attentive assistance. The location was perfect and well-maintained except for the unexpected attire of some staff. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Hispanola Buffet, despite the crowded and noisy atmosphere.
